Specialist in dental prosthetics
Dr. Bilal brings a rich international background and a deep commitment to patient care. Born in Kuwait to a Palestinian father and a Serbian mother from Kovin, he completed his secondary education in Abu Dhabi before earning his dental degree from the University of Belgrade in 2014.
His early career was shaped by humanitarian service with the organization Border Free, where he provided mobile dental care across southern Serbia—including Niš, Preševo, Tutin, Sjenica, and Vranje—during the European migrant crisis. His work focused on vulnerable populations and reflected a strong sense of professional responsibility and compassion.
In 2017, Dr. Bilal began his specialization in dental prosthetics at the University of Belgrade, completing the program in 2020. He then joined Badawi Polyclinic in Subotica under the mentorship of Dr. Yasser Badawi, a long-time family friend. Over two and a half years, he refined his clinical skills and developed a lasting connection with the Vojvodina region.
In 2022, Dr. Bilal expanded his expertise internationally, working in leading dental institutions in Dubai, including AEMC Dental Clinic, Al Rashid Hospital, Dubai Sky Clinic, and Dr. Joy Dental Clinic. There, he embraced the principles of VIP patient care—emphasizing precision, aesthetics, and excellence in service.
As of October 2025, Dr. Bilal is proud to collaborate with Ardent Center, where he continues to deliver high-standard dental care, combining clinical mastery with empathy and modern treatment protocols.
He is fluent in Serbian, Arabic, and English.
